Gary Crumly, Senior Pastor

Pastor Crumly has served as Sr. Pastor since December 1992. He has also served as Superintendent of Victory Baptist Schools since its inception in the Fall of 2001.

Dan Crumly, Youth Pastor

Dan has served as Assistant Pastor since June of 2003, In July of 2005 he became our Youth Pastor. He teaches the Jr./Sr. High Bible class on Sunday mornings. He also oversees the church finances and is in charge of the property and building maintenance.

Michael Palmani, Assistant Pastor

Michael has served as Assistant Pastor since March of 2001. He is the Outreach Ministry Director and teaches an adult Bible class on Sunday mornings.

Justin Perry, Assistant Pastor

Justin has served as Assistant Pastor since July of 2005. He oversees the church's music ministry, teaches an adult Bible class on Sunday mornings, administrates the church website, and oversees the church/school computer systems.

Bethany Palmani, Secretary

Mrs. Palmani has served as Church Secretary since March of 2001. She helps oversee the church nursery as well as GEMs (Girls Encouraging Missionaries). She also organizes the planning and decorating for church events.
