		Gary Crumly, Senior Pastor pastorcrumly@vbccolumbia.com B.S., University of Missouri Rolla 1974 Pastor Crumly has served as Sr. Pastor since December 1992. He has also served as Superintendent of Victory Baptist Schools since its inception in the Fall of 2001.
		Dan Crumly, Youth Pastor dan@vbccolumbia.com B.S., Hyles-Anderson College 2003 Bro. Dan has served as Assistant Pastor since June of 2003, In July of 2005 he became our Youth Pastor. He also teaches the Jr./Sr. High Sunday School Class.
		Michael Palmani, Assistant Pastor michael@vbccolumbia.com B.S., Hyles-Anderson College 2000 Bro. Michael has served as Assistant Pastor since March of 2001. He is the Bus Ministry Director and teaches the Sweetheart Couples Sunday School Class.
		Justin Perry, Assistant Pastor justinperry@vbccolumbia.com B.S., Hyles-Anderson College 2003 Bro. Justin has served as Assistant Pastor since July of 2005. He coordinates and directs the church's congregational music, church choir, and church orchestra. He teaches the Victorious Living Adult Sunday School Class. He also administrates the church website, publications/multimedia, computer systems, and network.
		Bethany Palmani, Secretary B.S., Hyles-Anderson College 1999 Mrs. Palmani's duties, as with most church secretaries, cannot be summarized in one small paragraph. She is the "behind the scenes" person that makes a lot of what the church does possible. From the church bulletin, church decor, and church events, to answering the phone and keeping the many attendance rolls, she can always be counted on to do whatever needs to be done.
